Active ingredients
Acetaminophen 500 mg
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg
Caffeine 25 mg
Dosage
Adults (12 years and older): 2 tablets every 6 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in a 24-hour period.
Children (under 12 years old): Not recommended.
It can cause insomnia if taken at night. Do not administer more than 4 times in a day the recommended dose, or more than 7 consecutive days. Do not take with any other products containing paracetamol, or with other medicines for the relief of colds and flu, congestion, or blocked nose.

Can someone with high blood pressure take Panadol multi-symptom?
People with high blood pressure are advised not to take them. One alternative is paracetamol, but it’s possible that paracetamol also increases blood pressure.

Does Panadol multi-symptom contain aspirin?
This product also contains acetaminophen (APAP), a non-aspirin pain reliever and fever reducer. This medication is not usually used for ongoing coughs from smoking, asthma, other long-term breathing problems (e.g., emphysema), or coughs with a lot of mucus unless directed by your doctor.
Is Panadol a blood thinner?
Tylenol can be a safe and effective pain reliever and fever reducer when taken as directed. It doesn’t have blood-thinning effects as aspirin does. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, the only time you should avoid Tylenol is if you’re allergic to it or if you have a history of liver problems.
